Terms of Membership Agreement

By submitting this application for membership or annual membership renewal, you agree to the EBNC (Estero Bay Newcomers Club) By-Laws and Standing Rules. Members shall not take advantage of club membership by soliciting other members to promote private, public, political, or personal enterprise.

You agree that activities arranged by EBNC are for the pleasure of its members and guests. EBNC and its members assume no responsibility for the well-being of the participants or their property in any matter pertaining to said activities.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:  Activities arranged by the Estero Bay Newcomers Club (EBNC) are for the pleasure of its members and guests.  EBNC and its individual members assume no responsibility for the well-being of the participants or their property in any matter pertaining to said activities. EBNC members and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless EBNC and its officers, directors, committee chairs, members, alumni, graduates and guests from all claims, liabilities, suits and expenses (including attorney's fees) on account of any bodily injury, death or damage to property in any way, occurring incident to, arising out of, or in connection with membership in EBNC and participation in any activities arranged or hosted by EBNC.
